Proficient records storage management begins with each box. Every box is labeled with a bar-code that is used for identification and tracking. The bar-code is then matched with its location within the storage area for fast and easy retrieval.

Records Management

All of your records storage boxes are entered into our computerized tracking system. This enables us to maintain an inventory record of every item in our storage facility providing each customer with a reliable storage log.
